Some replies on the toilet seat debate

Well I thought there would be more of a flap over my Toilet seat column last week but I only heard from two people and they are both colleagues.
Here is what they had to say:
Hi Ken,
The reason men should put the seat down, is, If men aren’t paying attention, and forget to put the seat up, the worst that can happen is spray gets on the seat.
If a woman isn’t paying attention, (or in the middle of the night, doesn’t turn a light on) the worst that happens, is she lands in the toilet.
Compound that by a man that doesn’t flush and doesn’t put the seat down.

The toilet lid (closed) is to prevent splashing when the toilet is flushed. Tests show that a lot of “water” is splashed outside of the toilet during flushing. Doesn’t matter if it is a lady or a guy - everybody should put the lid down for sanitary reasons.
Have a great, great day!

I did have another person tell me I should write about what the proper way a roll of toilet paper should be put on the holder.... is it paper dispensed front side or backside. Personally I don’t care as long as there is some for my backside.
–Until then,
Ken
PS I did not realize there is so much to think about when going to the can!
